2015 Gearbox GP Cancelled

TVKC newIt is with regret that Trent Valley Kart Club announces the cancellation of the 2015 MSA British (Short Circuit) Gearbox Kart Grand Prix that was scheduled to take place on Fulbeck kart track on 25th & 26th April 2015.

Having revived the event in 2014, the Club were keen to build on that success in 2015. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, a last minute race calendar alteration by other parties now means a serious clash of gearbox events. So, as unfortunately, a suitable alternative date couldn’t be found in the increasingly hectic race schedules– TVKC has taken the very difficult decision to cancel the event.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all the competitors involved and those that have shown their support for the event. We hope a more suitable date can be found for 2016!

The Latest Improvement!

#KartpixTrent Valley Kart Club is continuously looking at ways to improve and enhance the facilities and infrastructure at PF International kart circuit. Be they big projects or small undertakings, all of the changes are made for the benefit, comfort and safety of TVKC Members and Officials.

The latest activities have been taking place in the Scrutineering bay! The final piece of an ongoing improvement to this area of the PFi facility was to refurbish the flooring.

Following several attempts to paint the floor without much success, TVKC decided to install Resin floor tiles. These tiles offer a smart & modern appearance and are dust free, durable & fuel resistant. They are also anti slip and damp free and create a warm and easy to clean work area.

Congratulations!

Dexter PattersonAs the four round 2014/2015 Club Winter Series comes to a close, we would like to congratulate the Winter Series Champions who each received a free entry to the 2015 MSA Kartmasters British Kart Grand Prix and a lovley cut glass trophy!
A special mention also to those drivers finishing well at the fourth and final round of the Winter Series…
