About PF International

PF International kart circuit was first opened in 1994 and was, and still is, the brain-child of Mr Paul Fletcher.  The circuit is located in the village of Brandon, close to Grantham, in the lovely Lincolnshire countryside.

Over the years, PFi has developed and grown and is now recognised as the UK’s premier Karting facility.

During 2011, PFi saw perhaps it’s largest tranformation to date – a track extention that incorporates a bridge with flyover!  This sensational new feature has increased the overall track length to 1382m and helped the circuit to secure it’s International ‘A’ grade track licence – the only short circuit kart track in the UK to achieve this level!  Attaining this grade of track licence has firmly placed PFi on the Global Karting scene and has helped to secure several CIK-FIA kart race events to date.

As the UK’s premier karting facility, PFi provides it’s Members with many benefits…some of these include:

FREE Electricity At All TVKC Race Meetings  – mains power installed in the Paddock
Fully Tarmac Paddock – housing 160 8m x 6m pit bays

Additional Power In The Rear Paddock
Following the extremely popular introduction of mains power in the main paddock are back in 2010, PFi went one step further in 2014 by adding mains power to the rear paddock as well.  An additional 40 points were installed.

Digital Display Board
Definitive signalling to drivers is now clearer than ever at PFi with the introduction of a full digital display located on the start/finish line.  The full graphics board is multifunctional and clearly displays flags, words and driver numbers – taking TVKC to the forefront of Kart race track technology.

Refurbished Scrutineering Bay
Giving this area a more modern  and professional feel, the Scrutineering Bay enjoyed a refurbishment in March 2015.

Circuit Lights
While the whole circuit was flood lit for corporate use an assessment by the club and the MSA showed that an upgrade was required should we wish to complete a race day under lights.  So in 2016, phase 1 of this upgrade took place before the November meeting with the replacement of approximately 40 of the old standard lights with 200 watt & 400 watt LED units and two additional poles/lights around Marshals Post 8/pit entry.  Phase 2 took place before the December meeting with 14 additional 400 Watt units installed.  Phase 3 will take place before the January 2017 meeting and will included 14 more 400 watt units.  This should then ensure that the full circuit is covered with maximum brightness.
