2012 FEES:
 
Membership Fee –  £55 per driver
Practice Fee –  £45**
Race Entry -  £55**
 
We also offer a discounted FAMILY MEMBERSHIP if you have more than one driver per family!  The following reductions apply:
1st Membership   £55.00
2nd Membership  £45.00
3rd Membership   £35.00
4th Membership   £25.00
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
TVKC race under MSA regulations, and these can be found in the relevant ‘Blue Book’ and ‘Gold Book’. You can obtain a copy from the MSA by clicking HERE.
All members are also bound under our Club Suplementary Regulations.  These can be found in your Membership Handbook which is available once you join the Club. 

 

FAQ’s: 

JOINING TVKC AS A RACING MEMBER?

If you want to race at TVKC then you must become a member. 
(Please Note:  This ruling has been in place since the opening of the Circuit and the Club and is a long standing agreement with the local authorities and planning departments.)
Becoming a member of TVKC couldn’t be easier….
Download a membership form (available above), print it, fill in the blanks and post it to;

Once your form is in the post, you then need to email us a photo for your membership card.
The photo needs to be taken against a white/cream background please, showing a clear image of your head and shoulders (no comedy photos of shampoo bottles please!).
Once happy with the photo, email it to compsec@tvkc.co.uk  and don’t forget to include your full name, license number and the class you will be racing in.

 

 I’VE JOINED AS A MEMBER, NOW HOW DO I ENTER A RACE?

Once you join as a member, you will recieve an entry pack/membership handbook.
Your membership pack will contain a stock of entry forms, which detail all the information you need to enter a race.
Upon completing an entry form, post it to our Competition Secretary, whose address you will find on the Contact Us page.
Forms need to be submitted so that they arrive with us no later than the Saturday prior to the meeting.
Any entry recieved after this time is subject to a £15 late entry fee.
