Charity Balloon Race At Kartmasters!

Trent Valley Kart Club will be staging a Charity Balloon Race at Kartmasters!

Our chosen charity will be the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance again so this is not only a good way to support a valuable, local charity it also helps to mark the start of the Grand Prix races on the Sunday. 

Tickets will be available to purchase in Race Control for £5 each with all proceeds going to the charity.  There’s even a prize for the furthest travelled balloon! 

So please help us to support this amazing charity!

Daytime Entertainment At Kartmasters!

To help keep you entertained at Kartmasters, the following will be available, and FREE to use, in the ‘TVKC Village’

Space Ball
The Space Ball allows you to feel weightlessness as you are taken on a gentle or thrilling ride – the choice is yours!  This will be FREE to use and will be located in the TVKC ‘Village’ from 10am-6pm on Friday & Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday.

Virtual Reality
Immerse yourself into the World of Virtual Reality!  Again, free to use and located in the TVKC ‘Village’ from 10am-6pm on Friday & Saturday and then 10am-5pm on Sunday.

Live Music At Kartmasters!

Enjoy live music at Kartmasters in the ‘TVKC Village’ during the lunch breaks on Saturday and Sunday!

The Merry-Makers
The Merry-Maker’s play a cool mix of carnival vibes and old time calypsos. Their sound also encompasses Latin (rumba, samba, meringue, tango); Zouk (French Caribbean), funky reggae plus more traditional Caribbean sounds!  Catch The Merry-Makers on Saturday – playing on the Podium!

Decent Chaps
This four-piece band will keep you entertained with their large and varied repertoire which includes Jazz, Swing, Latin, Rat Pack, 1920s-1940s, Boogie-woogie & Jump-Jive!  Decent Chaps will be playing on the Podium during the lunch break on Sunday!

With only days left before the entries for the 2017 MSA Kartmasters British Kart Grand Prix close, have you guaranteed your place yet for this infamous event?

Entries for the 2017 Kartmasters will close THIS WEEKEND – Saturday 22 July at 18:00, so get your entry in now, online, HERE

There’s some fantastic prizes up for grabs this year at Kartmasters! 

The top three drivers will be presented with some of latest and most sought after electronic items. These include Oculus Rift & Touch Virtual Reality sets, Sony Smart 3D Blu-ray Home Cinema Systems, LG 49” Smart 4K TVs and HP Stream X360 2in1 laptops.

In addition to these great prizes, we have also received some brilliant donations from our friends in the sport. These include an Entry to the Dubai ‘O’ Plate (Energy Dubai), Vroom magazine subscriptions (Vroom), Dunlop tyres (Andersons), tickets to a BTCC event (BARC), podium caps (Tiger Prints), a BTCC hospitality day (Richardson Racing) aswell as the previously advertised Arai Helmet (Project One Racing), Stilo Helmet (Nicky Grist Motorsport) and the X30 & IAME Cadet CASH prizes and entries to the IAME International Finals (JM Engineering/IAME/Tillotson).

The list of prizes is expanding daily and a full prize list will be published in the next couple of weeks so watch this space!

And remember, drivers competing in the X30 Mini Kartmasters Trophy support race, your licence must only be minimum of a National B.  All other categories are competing for the ‘GP’ title events so must therefore have a minimum of a National A.
