We have just been notified by Motorsport UK that they have suspended all organising permits until at least 30 April 2020 so as a result, Trent Valley Kart Club’s fourth and final round of the Winter Series, due to take place at PFi on 04/05 April 2020, will be cancelled. This suspension follows the latest guidance issued by HM UK Government in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.
Drivers who have already entered for the April meeting will be refunded in full. With this constantly changing situation and the high level of uncertainty with regards to timeframe, we have also taken the difficult but sensible decision to suspend accepting new entries for any future meetings until we have a clearer idea of how this pandemic virus will affect the UK in the coming weeks and months.
With the suspension of the final round of the Winter Series, we have taken the decision to base the final standings on the 3 rounds so therefore, we congratulate the following drivers on their success…
2020 Winter Series Winners:
IAME Cadet Nathan Tye (180pts)
Honda Cadet Alfie Thompson (168pts)
Mini Max Mckenzie Douglass (174pts)
Junior Max Sam Gornall & Mattie Hingeley (168pts)
Mini X Gabriel Stilp & Ella Stevens (167pts)
X30 Junior Theo Micouris (168pts)
Senior Max Tom Adams (154pts)
X30 Senior Oliver Hodgson (169pts)
177 Max Ben Cowley (113pts)
… well done to you all. We intend to present these drivers with their trophies at the earliest opportunity and can confirm that each of them have won a FREE entry to the 2020 Motorsport UK Kartmasters Grand Prix!

Cadet drivers will be able to collect their parc ferme tyres at the next TVKC race meeting.
